No communication, no service

I have been assisting my brother in getting his DD-214. I paid for expedited service using my credit card. They don't respond to my support tickets and they don't appear to be working on the request. Today I found out that my credit card number was stolen and used to purchase more than $2,000 in merchandise online. I fear this may be connected to Touchstone. The charge has been reversed, but my brother is out $100 by the looks of it.
