No communication from Aree

I received some of what I thought were beautiful authentic pieces , that arrived with a water mark stain on them. Ok cool no big deaI I thought, I will send a message to Aree (creator of BeadsByAree). She reached out to me about 2 weeks later stating that she agrees that it is a water mark (on a pair of new earrings) and that if Id like I can purchase stain removal or send them back, (spending more money). Well, I finally decided to wear my earrings(for the first time) for some head shots for a work profile. The earrings were extremely too heavy for me to wear AND noticeably uneven. I reached out again to the sister and to no avail, it has been 4 months and no response from AREE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Nevertheless I will humbly accept this as a gain moreso than a loss because I learned to never buy from her again . I love supporting black and brown businesses but I noticed there is this attitude given to customers when you ask genuine questions about the products! Never Again!
