I've been using the same water dispenser for a couple of years, and it served me well. But from about a month ago, it would not take coins so I had to use dollar bills to fill up 3-gallon bottles. It was irritating but still doable until TODAY. Not only did it not take coins (serviced on 7/3), when I put dollar bills to fill individual gallons, it did NOT return any change! I paid 2 dollars for 2 gallons! Stupid me because I thought it would fix itself...Nope. There is no way to contact the company. It sucks! User's recommendation: Other machines...yes, BUT not this machine!
