No cans for a month

Original cans were taken back by company. I made payment promptly, they took the payment along with payment for new cans and told me they would arrive in two weeks, two weeks passed still no cans I called. They told me they had till 5 pm to deliver. No one came. The next day I called and was told they would deliver cans by the next week. The next week came and no cans on top of that my bags didn't get picked up. I called again this time speaking with a supervisor. She assured me my cans were to be delivered by the next week and that someone should've informed me. This week came still no cans. I called again and was left on hold for 43 minutes then hung up on User's recommendation: I'm emailing corporate and president's it's unacceptable I'ma paying customer.
