Contacted Rakuten the user account and emails multiple times about missing check they said they mailed November 14, 2020. Got the run around about verifying address, etc. and as of 12/3/2020 what appears to be computer generated responses from Customer Service they will issue a new check in January. Truly sad; sounds like a bogus delay or bad continual loop to avoid paying on time. User's recommendation: Great Commercials but run Forest Run from Rakuten (Ebates).
