Last month I made the booking with number B95274682 on EconomyBookings.com, that included also full coverage. After the rental ended, I submitted the full coverage request on the website on the 18th of August, but I got no answer in almost a month. Normally, they say that they will reply in 7 - 10 working days. I called their call center a couple of times, but each time the call center operator just says that they will notify the responsible person/department, and nothing happens.
