Dear, I have make a reservation of a flight with tripair altair travel with emirates to oman. Departure end of october till 10 november. For emirates, make a cancellation is not a problem, but the big problem is, that tripair doens't give any answer on my mails, I can not have them on the phone, no answer on the mails and this for more then 2 months. What can I do? What are the possibilities to obtain our money? I hope that you can help me with this problem? Best regards Bettina vassallo
