I have a regular Dollar Tree store that I go to in Texas. I run in there once or twice a week, they had no air conditioning for 2 weeks. Staff never complained always friendly and helpful. So I asked for the number to head office and complained that the staff had no air and it was over 90 degrees........disgusting. They should treat their staff better. But I have to say that I went to the store the next day and it was fixed. Happy for the staff but disgusted it took a customer to call on their behalf because the powers that be obviously didn't care enough.Please User's recommendation: Please if you see any employees suffering or being abused call head office. They seem to take more notice of customers than their staff and need to make sure the conditions they work in are safe and up to standard.
