I bought the AdGuard programme through you as shown on my Visa card entry for 14 May, 2021. I have not received the license number by which I can access the programme. My friend bought the same programme through you and had no problem. I would like the license number b y which I can access the AdGuard programme ASAP. This is my 3 time writing to you without the issue being resolved. You said I haD failed to provide important information but when asked what it was I had no reply.
