No AC all summer, and other problems

I live in the Country Club Manor Mobile Home Community in Imperial Mo. I am in a rental. I moved in last summer in August. I have been here for roughly a year. I have contacted the office multiple times about my AC and heat not working. Someone was supposed to show up today and have yet to do so. Yet they have the nerve to fine for violations and harass people.What User's recommendation: Whatever you do, do not move to any Parkland Ventures Llc owned property.
