I operate a shoe store for over 30 years located at 116-14 Liberty Avenue, Richmond Hill NY 11419. Last year a power outage has rendered no electricity for a few days. Con Edison came and was able to restore power to the building. Unfortunately, the 220 volts outlet used to power the Air Conditioner was not fixed. Several calls to Con Edison to come and restore the 220 outlet have been futile. We have clientele who are elderly and during the hot summer months, the heat in the store is unbearable. We had to endure this inconvenience during the hot summer months in New York. We hope that Con Edison can resolve this issue amicably.
