Njoy Loop Pod not hitting

I just purchased the 2 pack loop pod refill and one pod works fine and the other won't give me a hit at all. I've searched online for troubleshooting or an attempt to find others who have had this issue and have found nothing. It is definitely the pod and not the battery stick. Please help these things are not cheap and I feel like I just threw money out the window
