Nissan will not pay to replace defective part.

1

Dealer advised that Altima needed steering wheel lock replaced as it was a manufacturing defect. Nissan decided to end its service campaign to replace this part. Now Im out over $860 because Nissan will not reimburse for what they acknowledge is a defective part. Do not understand their decision but this will be my last Nissan. User's recommendation: Do not buy Nissan products. They do not stand by them or their customers.
