The delivery driver picked up my food, my house is .5 miles from the location. The driver drove 2 miles out of his way to another part of the city with my food. My food arrived cold and the seal was broken on the box. Chow now said well he still delivered it in the time frame doesnt matter. I threw the pizza away I am not eating cold food and when the seal is broken. I even took pictures of the tracker and offered to send them to chow now to show how out of the way the driver went. They are horrible!! Beware!! They also claim door dash handles their deliveries and can not help you. User's recommendation: Beware!!
