I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my Mustang upholstery from LMR, and made by TMI. I waited 6 weeks, as they said I would, but it actually took 7. No problem. I did the first seat and it looked great, then I started on the second seat and found that whoever sewed it installed the J channel backwards, so you could not hook the back together. In addition, I bought new foam and the metal rod came off of the one back portion, so it was unusable. TMI also made the foam. Called LMR, they were not exactly helpful, so I called TMI directly. Sent their rep pictures of the incorrect J channels, then nothing. So I kept calling and finally got a different rep who said he heads up the return dept (Jonathan) said to return the cushion and he would have it repaired and sent right back to me overnight. I paid $46 myself to overnight the cushion to them, and they promised to get it shipped back overnight the next Monday. On Wednesday, hadn't heard anything, so I called and finally got Jonathan. He was very vague and said he had lost track of where my repair was, but would check. He never called back, so I called him and he gave me tracking info, but it turned out to be GROUND shipping, not overnight. When I asked about the foam they also owed me, he said there was a problem, and they couldn't ship it because of some company policy. I blew up and he finally said he would get it overnighted and get me tracking info. I am still waiting. Their product is actually pretty nice, but their customer service and follow up is the worst I have ever seen. LMR has also been no help. Guess what two companies I will never do business with again !
