Sales people were very nice, designer was great, builder was really good guy, but the homes they build are terribel. The sub contractors are the cheapest they can find, door very poor work, and are very unprofessional. Materials are way below average compared to Bill Clark, Truss and other builders. I will not build with them again and wont recommend them either. They say custom builders but they didn't use my plan (my choice) and i wish i would have stood my ground on the build. Never again. I have friends how are from New York who have moved here with me, and they asked my opinion and i said no i can't recommend
