I have been a customer for nearly 50 years. The last 3 years have been miserable because my newspaper is never delivered on time or IT'S not DELIVERED at all! I have called numerous times and have been ignored or promised a better outcome "from now on". Not true. Never happened. I went to Shoprite and bought a $3.00 paper a few times - THAT I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE TIMES HERALd RECORD FOR. I want my ENTIRE YEAR'S subscription fee paid back with interest AND I want gas money ($11.38) PLUS the money for 8 papers x $3.00 = $24.00 - User's recommendation: Find another newspaper other than he Times Herald Record.
