New Mexico Educators is the worst bank ever ! They make sure things pend on your account forever until you've spent the money without realizing something is still pending that way they can put the amount thru when you have no money and they can charge you an overdraft charge of $30 or more then continue to charge you $5 a day even after you've put $ in to pay overdraft balance. And get this the bank will charge you $3 to transfer your own money into your checking account from your savings. I encountered representatives and a manager who then tried to tell me it was my job to manage my money! I'm sorry when you call your bank to find out how much money you should put in your account but they fail to tell you there will be another $5 so you should probably put $5 in the account with that balance just so they can continue to say you had another overdraft so they can charge you $5 a day without your knowledge ! Worst bank ever !! If taking my money wasn't good enough the manager kept interrupting me and made it seem like I was *** and couldn't track my money ! Worst customer service ever !
