I spent over $6000.00 last year with New England Appliance on Wood Rd Braintree Massachusetts. Warning... Buy your major appliances somewhere ELSE!!! I was promised the world by Larry the owner and also his sales weasels. I was told I wopuld be able to get an extended warranty after 11 months the company would call to sign me up if I was interested. I after not hearung form them on the 11th mohnth and they told e I was too late and they swithced warranty companies. I tried every wayu possible to be civil with these clowns all to no avail. Warning Go somewhere else
