New debit cards

My husband and i have a checking account with you. We received new debit cards and were told to call the number on the cards to activate them, which we did and we were told they were activated. We tried to use them on Friday 7/10 but no one would take them. We are low income disabled people and we rely on those cards to get food and supplies delivered. We were told no one could fix this problem until Monday. I dare say, we are NOT HAPPY ! User's recommendation: Nothing has been fixed. I call, they say they will call back but no one does.
