All the information on how to do things, like get a ringtone does not match what I see on my phone, Alcatel A405DL or A206G (as the booklets I received are for 2 different phones. But neither help in guiding me as what I see on the phone is different than that in the booklets..I am told to look for a particular keyword or find a word, and it is just not on the list of any of the things I have found so far on the phone. How can I hear calls coming in when there is no sound? Chat has been useless. I have searched the internet and the Trakfone sites and nothing is helping.
