Shipping all the way to California was $140 one way. Took the computer to a local shop. The tech found a plug going to the motherboard was installed wrong and bend two prongs on the plug. This caused the computer fans to go full speed and monitor go black ever time there was a slight bump to the desk or the keyboard. At times, it even happened when I cut the computer on. Had it longer than the return time for Newegg to take back, so I started looking at how to send back and found it was going to be a nightmare and cost a lot just for shipping . That is the reason I went to local computer guy. User's recommendation: Don"t buy a MSI computer !
