Walk through your property several times before buying it do to improper work , Sheet took, carpet and floors may not be up to part and always go before and after it has rain. Pay of attention to product you choose , because they will change colors etc. They use a lot non inexperience people to build your new home etc. Some of real estate agents are liars and dont return calls, some of them. I dont recommend this company to no one
