Original review updated by user Jul 24, 2021 I purchased a new Winnebago Hike in March 2021. What a nightmare. Its currently July. Its literally falling apart from stem to stern. Components are warped inside and out, the pop-out drags on the floor, caulking is turning orange, the sewer black tank wouldnt close bc it was jammed with plastic, and the plumbing was kinked when it was delivered. The dealer is MIA, Im working with the warranty department, but its a pile of junk. I cant even pick it up for the dealer while they wait for parts bc the automatic level jack broke and wont disengage . Working with Winnebago warranty. Its just a never ending process. I asked to speak with corporate and theyre too important to talk to a sonsumer. User's recommendation: Avoid this brand.
