Never want to pay for service

easycare Gives everyone a hard time even though all rules followed. I bought an ESP in 2009 good til 2019, $0 ded. but they always give shop a hard time to pay. Many shops no longer want to deal with ANY ESP! They took almost $3K from me almost a decade ago, and they haven't even had to pay out $1K or any days for rental car, BUT STILL they don't want to pay up for repairs. Here is a bit advice, NEVER buy an extended service plan/warranty. Just Not worth it! They say they cover entire A/C system, till you call with issue, if the part has rubber on it, easycare doesn't cover it.
