Got my iPhone xr screen replaced and it glitched within 2 weeks when i called to ask what was wrong the employee literally admitted their vendor for XR screens were faulty so there were offering free replacement. Wait. If the screen was faulty from the beginning i should have been told that BEFORE i paid $150. Long story short I've gotten my screen replaced 3x by them because my screen keeps glitching. I don't care about free replacement (up to 6 months btw) anymore. Once that 6th month hits I'm SOL because my screen KEEPS GLITCHING i can't even touch anything. Don't ever spend money here the customer service is a literal joke. Won't solve a thing. User's recommendation: Stay faaaarr away this company had my blood boiling.
