Update by user Jul 04, 2020 I got email from UPS and AMAZON customer service stating that the name, address and item does not match my information in any way. I purchased from Mr. Andrew Parker. AMAZON and UPS has verified that the order was placed through AMAZON.com. Still PAYPAL does not accept any of these information. Insisting me to get a signed document from UPS or AMAZON to state that tracking number is not linked with my order information. PAYPAL is not doing / asking the vendor to provide a signed document from AMAZON or UPS that the tracking has number has my name, address and item information.PAYPAL and the vendor has some connection to fraud people like me? Joint venture going on?Watch out for ANDREW PARKER (website https://www.Frighten.website) - do not buy anything from this guy.Watch out for PAYPAL- if you get in dispute like mine, PAYPAL will never ask for anything from the vendor. No info on new number !!! Update by user Jul 03, 2020 The attached picture is an email from AMAZON- it clearly syas- The name, address, and item linked with the tracking number does not belong to me. It is for someone else in my town. Still PAYPAL is taking no action against the vendor. Original review posted by user Jul 03, 2020 I purchased a HP 6978 All In One printer online through PAYPAL on June 11, 2020. The vendor website is noted as https://www.Frighten.website. I never recd the item. I called on the phone given on the web site (323-316-****), and sent email to the vendor several times, the vendor has not responded at all. I called again on 07/03/2020, the voice mail says if you are calling about a printer, this is wrong number. There is no new number provided. When I formally complained to PAYPAL, the vendor provided UPS tracking number 1Z81WV0803********. I checked with UPS- they said- this tracking number belongs to someone else in my hometown. The name, address, and item linked with this tracking number is completely different from my name. Nothing to do with my name, address and item. UPS said the order was through AMAZON.com. I spoke with AMAZON. They said the same. PAYPAL is not helping me and not doing anything to vendor. PAYPAL is really giving me hard time. PAYPAL is asking me to get a formal document from UPS that says the item was delivered to xxxxxx at address xxxxx and item name is xxxxxx. UPS would not do so because of PRIVACY act. PAYPAL does not want to understand to PRIVACY of any customer, and continue to ask me to get the document from UPS. Looks like the vendor and PAYPAL are in close connection and giving me hard time. I have not received any refund. Instead, PAYPAL Credit card sent me a bill for this transaction. I told PAYPAL to stop any payment to the vendor. PAYPAL is not doing that. User's recommendation: Be mindful of FRAUD vendors and PAYPAL. Do not trust this vendor.
