Never Returned Money for Canceled Concert

It is insanely difficult receiving customer service from TicketMaster. They have NO EMAIL you can contact and any time you call, they say call back at their office hours, even though I am calling during their office hours???? I waited in line on a phone call as well and the automated message said there is nobody there to assist me. I'm really confused because it's a large company- I don't get how they don't have ANY available customer service representatives. It's really sketchy because I see so many people complaining about not getting their money back, but they're such a well known ticketing company. TicketMaster- please, please give me my $240 back. It would be really helpful right now and you're taking advantage of people because of all the chaos COVID caused last year.
