I booked off of a third-party site and then when I arrive to pick up the car there were all of these extra charges and one of the charges they didn't even tell us about until we went to drop off the car and then refused to reimburse it when I told them that it was a mistake on their end. we had booked it on my car but my husband was going to be the one who is driving so they told us to just put us both down as drivers even though I wasn't driving and then tricked us into paying an extra $30 for that. I explained that had that have been the case we would have just put it on my husband's credit card and thought it would be easier for them to keep it on the same card and we did not think it was fair that we pay the extra $30 that they didn't tell us about. They were rude and unhelpful and then when I called a week later the woman was nasty and hung up on me. The car that they rented us had a flat tire made all kinds of noises and we paid twice as much for it then the third party site said we would pay.
