Never recieved my heels

I never received my heels that I ordered on ericdress . It's been 2 months since I've ordered it . I'm very upset . They keep sending me emails that I will receieve it but I never have . I want my heels !! I think this is a complete scam !!! User's recommendation: I would say that it's takes way to long than it should to get delivered . I would not recommend it.
