I bought an item on ebay and decided to get the SquareTrade warranty. I never received it although they charged me. I've tried multiple times to contact them and they have never responded. I'll never do business with them again. User's recommendation: Never purchase one of these warranties. All they want is your money and they don't respond to your requests.
