SI ordered tickets July 7 for an event that was July 20. I had not received them a week later started calling and emailing they said that I would receive them no later than July 19. I waited on hold for an hour and five minutes yesterday before I spoke with someone and they assured me I would have them by the end of the day. It is July 20 the day of my event and I never received the tickets. Yes I can cancel the transaction on my credit card but now I do not have tickets for the event that I have traveled to Nashville to attend. I would never ever use this site again User's recommendation: Stay away from ticket center.
