Never received the arrangement

My son ordered flowers for mother's day on April 29, 2020, order # W004652****3698. He called me on Wednesday to find out if I received the flowers. I did not. When he was able to reach a customer service agent. he was told that a new arrangement will be delivered to me before Sunday. To make a long story short, I did not receive the flowers. He was issued a refund and was told that an agent would contact me to apologize. I still have not received a call and, frankly, don't think anyone will after my conversation with the U.S. representative today. I'll make sure to never use 1800Flowers!. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM.
