Never received product. Poor customer service

Placed an order which should have taken 7 days to receive. Called customer service and they said to give it another 2 more days! So I did and nothing happened. Never got shipping confirmation or any notifications. So I called them back and told them to just cancel. They said it would be 5 days for it to complete. I said fine cancel it. Five days later no refund confirmation or anything. I called back to see if it was canceled or not. They have no record. Spoke to the "Manager" but still nothing came of it. I've started a dispute through paypal. Unfortunately that's going to take 30 days to resolve, but at least I can trust in paypal to get something done. I won't be dealing with this company and well its up to you if you want to go through all the hassle. User's recommendation: Shop at your own risk.
