after four months I genuinely believe that they never even printed my item let alone shipped it. they claim to have re-shipped it 'for free' to make me feel better or something but I genuinely don't think they actually ship the item at all, they've asked me over and over for my information and again and again for 1/2 a month to reship it. User's recommendation: dont buy it.
