I ordered a crocodile genuine leather phone case for Galaxy Samsung10 on January 19, 2021. Venturi company charged me $25.04 after using discount save10 for $2.78. This money was charged to my account on Jan 20-the day after I ordered. I also received an email stating they were getting my order ready for shipping and would notify me when order shipped. Well, I was never notified. Two weeks later-after emailing Venturi Store several times w/ no reply back-I still do not have the phone case that I was charged for. On charge statement it lists: Perth Australia. I think this company must be a scam. DO NOT buy from them! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM VENTURI STORE: A SCAM.
