We ordered a smokeless barbecue from Gotham Steel about 4 months ago and when it arrived it was supposed to include a free grille. It didn't come with it so I called customer service to advise them and they checked the order and said one would be sent right away. 4 months later and I still have not received this supposedly free item with this order. It was the first thing I had ever ordered from Gotham Steel and most definitely my last. Very disappointed and will let all my friends and family know that they do not send the items that are supposed to be free when you order. It is just another gimmick to try to get you to buy! User's recommendation: Do not buy.
