Never received order and evidently the TYCM “store” is no longer in business.
Ordered the pony scooter for my granddaughter as a Black Friday special. I received a confirmation email thanking me for my purchase and that they were preparing my order for shipment, and they would notify me when it has been sent. When I checked on shipping, I learned the "store" had disappeared. The charge on my credit card is still pending. I have reported TYCM to the Federal Trade Commission and consulted my credit card company about this fraudulent activity and it is being investigated. Very disappointed because I have ordered many items online and rarely have a problem. If I have encountered a problem, I have always been able to communicate with the seller and had the problem resolved.
