never received my item and refused to give me the status of my order

I purchased a dog carrier on 5.18.19 from theritzyrover.com and never received an email showing the item shipped so I contacted the owner via online chat and the owner refused to give me the status of my order after I aksed 3 times. The owner said she would call the factory the afternoon of 5.21.19 and send me an email with the status and of course she did not contact me at all. she had my phone number and my email address. I called their 866 number the next day and someone with a heavy accent said she was Angela the secretary. Angela also refused to give me the status of my order and kept saying she couldn't help me. I demanded a refund at that point which I have not received. I have had to file a paypal complaint, a BBB complaint and I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. What type of business refuses to give you the status or your order or a refund upon asking? Do not use this website theritzyrover.com I haven't received my money back, I haven't received the status of my order and the owner says she will email you and she does not. Must be a scam. Don't fall for it like I did.
