Never received my heelys

I contacted FedEx about my package with Heelys and they confirmed my package was delivered but I never received it! It was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my little sister but we never got it so I asked for a refund and they are ignoring me now. User's recommendation: Do not purchase from Heelys online because FedEx will loose your package and lie about it being delivered.
