I HAD ORDER MINE ON LINE. I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVED IT WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. I CALLED THEM AND THEM KNOW THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATE YET.THE LADY TOLD THAT THEY SENT A NOTICE OUT TO ME SAYING THAT HAD LOST MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE. SHE ALSO SAID THAT THEY WILL KEEP LOOKING FOR IT.I SAID TO HER CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK. SHE SAID IT IS NONREFUNDABLE SIGNED MAD AS User's recommendation: NOOOOO.
