I had to exchange two bathing suits for a larger size because the ones I received were tiny. After much frustration I spoke with an employee and finally got my items exchanged. Sent them in immediately and have been now waiting almost two months for my exchanged items. I have tried several times to speak to someone and cannot get anything but a robot. Very very frustrated and will never use or recommend this company again! User's recommendation: Do not shop here!
