Never received call back from collections officer about my home loan.

I called last march 2021 to inquire about my home loan account because I lost my job and I don't know when I will be able to find a new job.. so I want to inquire what kind of payment assistance bdo would be able to offer me since I've already paid large amount on my home loan. The specialist I spoke with said that my call will be endorse to the assigned collections officer but two weeks had past and I never received any call, so I decided to call back to make a follow up but something happened.. and now after its been two months and they are still saying the same thing.. very poor service and very disappointing it's seems like they always used this pandemic to make an excuses to provide services to their customers.. I regret that I choose bdo for my home loan.. I will never endorse this bank to my family, relative friend and all the people that I know because I don't want them to suffer the same stressed I've suffered.
