After my complaint, I never heard anything back from sheets. It would have been nice to hear that the issue was resolved or that action was taken considering the horrible customer service that I received and the harsh comments that I walked up and heard about my son using profanity, in front of other customers. User's recommendation: Not to shop at sheets on 601 in Mount Airy NC.
