I'm contacting you because I made a complaint with y'all and I was told somebody was going to call me back the next day within 24 hours it's been two weeks now and I still haven't got a call back my reference number is 200-718-**** I expect somebody this is sad . I have called yall twice over 3 weeks never got a call back second time emailing yall . This is pathetic . Yall need to get yall sh=t together. I was 100% rushed n was disrespected at yall store now I cant even get a phone call back this is how yall handle disrespect reports when your employees are rude to customers n rushed them . Dollar general lies to me twice bout a phone call n still never got a phone call User's recommendation: Do not go to dollar general stay away from that store I was not disrespected not one time but twice on 2 different days I make a complaint n cant even get it handled. Sad!!!!!
