Never get items

Ordered shoes on the 2nd of April, they took the money off my card on the 3rd, didn't send me any shipping or tracking info after 5 days I emailed them they sent me a bogus tracking number saying that my shoes would arrive on the 11th that never happened, now they say they never got any money out of my account that's a lie. They are scammers
