Never, ever order from this company

Evening Emailed order Next day I Telephoned and confirmed order receipt and delivery would occur this day Received an EMAIL - not a phone call - saying sorry we can't deliver today!!! Called and asked how to resolve this. Only reply was we can deliver tomorrow. we had people call off sick. No other kind of apology. OWNER NAME IS MICHAEL RYAN
