*a copy from the last email I sent Serengetee* I had placed an order for $233 USD worth of products from your website. I was super pumped to find a 50% off sale and figured that I would use you guys to source all of my Christmas gifts for my friends and family. I placed my order on November 28th, leaving PLENTY of time before Christmas. The next day, on the 29th, I emailed to see when exactly it would arrive. I was told by a Jeff Steitz that it would take about a day to pack up, and 2-6 days to arrive, depending on where I live. Living in Canada I was thinking that it might take a little less than 2 weeks to arrive. Nope. On the 18th of December, I emailed again to get an update on my package. I was told by the Ninja Team on the 19th of December, that it hadnt even been shipped yet. After three more unanswered emails and going through mountains of stress because this order contained all of my Christmas gifts, it didnt look like it was going to arrive in time for the 25th. I finally got a reply on the 23rd. It apologized and that was mostly what I wanted. I received a gift card code and I was grateful for that., although it did not resolve my troubles. I figured since the package wont be here in time for Christmas, being finally shipped on the 20th of December, I would just return my items since they took way too long to get here after your website promised Christmas delivery. I have been trying to return my items to you (after you sent them all in different packages, leaving me with over $100 in duties to be paid) I still have had no luck. I am also still missing over half of my order. I had requested it be cancelled, but a few days later it was shipped anyway. Still missing half my order. Still no refund. Still no response from you guys. I am BEYOND frustrated.
