I bought three oukitel U13 refurbished phones there. The first never arrived, the second lasted 2 weeks and I needed to complain a week to get my money back and got it only because of my 200 othee orders on their website. After a month the third has died too. The customer officier in charge offered me nothing and after a week of complains I have managed to have a 20$ offer then 15$ the following day while the screen I need is 30$ plus I would need to pay to install it and wait a month after the order. It's a pure shame. I will never buy another refurbished phone from them as my family mocked me about this scam. Plus Raphael, their customer officier is the worst ever and should be fired. With no new items since January nor special offers they have already dug their own grave anyway... A shame for what used to be my favourite Chinese website.
