NEVER EGAIN

I rent a car for August 2020 in Palermo, Italy. As Im not European and I have a national driver licence from Brazil. Goldcar got my 454,16 euro, and I could not get the car. After a long conversation with the attendant, she gave me a voucher that would last for a year. On the 28th of July 2021, I tried to use my voucher, and the attendant refused me again.
